Okta Inc. is seeking a Senior People Consultant to lead the Manager Success team with advanced coaching for managers and senior leaders. You will diagnose highly ambiguous advisory cases, balance business needs with employee experience, and guide escalation through ER&C and legal channels.

You will also strengthen team capability through peer coaching, case reviews, and reusable frameworks while improving AI-guided resources for enterprise leadership support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in HR, advisory, or org development.
• Demonstrated ability to coach executives and manage complex cases.
• Experience guiding leadership, performance, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced coaching to managers and senior leaders on leadership effectiveness and performance.
• Lead highly ambiguous advisory cases, diagnosing root causes and balancing competing priorities.
• Escalate sensitive matters through proper ER&C, legal, or regional pathways as needed.
• Elevate team effectiveness via peer coaching, case reviews, and reusable guidance frameworks.
• Improve AI-enabled guidance and knowledge resources through insights from cases.
