Job summary

Okta Inc. seeks a Senior People Consultant in Ireland to lead the team’s most complex advisory cases, coaching managers and senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance, and organisational challenges.

You will diagnose root causes, navigate resistance, and advise decisions balancing business priorities and employee experience. You will also enhance AI-enabled support, create reusable guidance frameworks, and collaborate with ER&C, Employment Legal, and regional specialists to

Qualifications

• Deep professional expertise across HR/leadership advisory.
• Ability to independently lead highly complex advisory cases.
• Experience guiding senior leaders on organizational challenges.
• Strong coaching, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Understanding of leadership effectiveness and escalation practices.
• Familiarity with EMEA employment practices and works councils a plus.
• Ability to develop colleagues through peer coaching and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced coaching to managers and senior leaders on leadership effectiveness and performance.
• Lead assessment and resolution of highly ambiguous cases with sound judgment.
• Guide leaders through difficult conversations and high-impact decisions.
• Escalate sensitive matters to ER&C, Employment Legal, PBPs, and regional specialists.
• Strengthen team capability through peer coaching and reusable frameworks.
• Analyze patterns to improve AI-supported guidance and resources.
