Okta Inc. in Chicago seeks an experienced Manager Success & Experience professional to lead AI-first coaching and advisory programs. You will manage advisory cases, diagnose root causes, and provide tailored coaching for managers across the full lifecycle, strengthening leadership and employee development.

The role emphasizes collaboration with AI resource teams and enablement, applying sound judgment within established frameworks to improve guidance and support resources.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, or management coaching.
• Strong coaching, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to guide managers through sensitive conversations and challenging decisions.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and digital platforms to assess guidance and identify limitations.
• Knowledge of leadership effectiveness, team development, and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, employee development, feedback, engagement, team dynamics, and organizational change.
• Independently assess and resolve advisory cases requiring individualized support beyond AI guidance.
• Diagnose root causes of performance challenges and interpersonal conflicts to recommend sustainable solutions.
• Guide managers through performance improvement plans, documentation, and related employment decisions.
• Apply risk and escalation frameworks to determine when specialist handoffs are needed.
• Maintain case documentation, track actions, and assess intervention effectiveness.
