Qualifications

• 7+ years in People roles, including 4+ years as a People Business Partner.
• Experience supporting Engineering and Product in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with international employment laws and globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Be a steady, empathetic point of contact for employee relations and sensitive situations.
