Optro is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to collaborate with senior leaders across the Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal teams. You will guide HR processes, develop leadership capability, and provide coaching throughout the employee lifecycle to drive growth and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and best practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with ability to distill complex situations.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using people metrics to shape talent strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, managers, and employees across Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal to align people strategy with business goals.
• Provide resource and advisor support through all phases of the employee lifecycle, offering coaching and guidance.
• Lead performance and talent reviews, compensation planning, and performance management.
• Support career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations to support growth.
