Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC in Dallas is seeking a People Analytics Specialist to serve as a strategic advisor to HR and business leadership, delivering workforce intelligence and data-driven insights to inform strategy and improve performance.

You will lead enterprise workforce planning, forecasting, and executive reporting, build dashboards, predictive models, and collaborate with senior leaders to address workforce risks and talent needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workforce planning, people analytics, workforce strategy, business intelligence, or related analytical disciplines required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Visier, Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or similar platforms.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with workforce forecasting, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.
• Executive presence, strong consulting skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

Summary

The People Analytics Specialist serves as a strategic advisor to HR and business leadership, providing workforce intelligence and data-driven insights that inform business strategy and organizational performance. This role leads enterprise workforce planning, workforce forecasting, people analytics, and executive reporting initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Directly or through others, the incumbent will:

People Analytics & Workforce Intelligence

• Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Analyze workforce trends including turnover, retention, hiring effectiveness, internal mobility, productivity, and talent pipeline metrics.
• Design and implement integrated workforce analytics solutions that connect workforce, operational, and/or financial data to understand and improve workforce outcomes.
• Build predictive models and workforce scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
• Establish key workforce metrics aligned with business goals.

Workforce Technology & Data Governance

• Lead optimization and adoption of workforce analytics platforms and reporting tools.
• Ensure workforce data accuracy, consistency, governance, and integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement in workforce analytics capabilities and processes.

Workforce Reporting & Compliance

• Support required workforce reporting and compliance activities through accurate workforce data management.
• Maintain workforce reporting standards and data readiness for regulatory reporting requirements.

Strategic Workforce Planning

• Lead enterprise workforce planning processes across business units.
• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify current and future workforce requirements.
• Develop workforce forecasts, scenario planning models, and talent supply and demand analyses.
• Evaluate workforce risks, capability gaps, and succession implications.
• Establish and maintain a consistent workforce planning methodology across the organization
• Other duties as assigned.

Business Partnership & Executive Consulting

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce-related decisions.
• Present workforce insights and recommendations to executive leadership teams.
• Provide labor market intelligence and external benchmarking to support strategic planning.
• Support organizational design and restructuring efforts through workforce analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in workforce planning, people analytics, workforce strategy, business intelligence, or related analytical disciplines required.
• Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity and analytical thinking with the ability to proactively explore data, identify patterns, relationships, and correlations, and uncover insights that inform business decisions.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to influence workforce and business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency with Visier, Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or similar platforms.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with workforce forecasting, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.
• Executive presence, strong consulting skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

• Provide strategic people analytics that influence key workforce and business decisions.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights that improve talent outcomes and organizational performance.
