Job summary

Dycom Industries, Inc is seeking a Workforce Analytics Manager to transform raw people data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will partner with finance, operating companies and HR to forecast hiring needs and optimize talent strategy.

This role focuses on consolidating workforce data, building headcount models, analyzing labor movements, and leveraging external labor market data. You will define KPIs with HR leaders and improve data integrity reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of financial or business analytics experience.
• Experience with HR analytics preferred.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance, operating companies and TA to forecast hiring needs based on attrition and growth.
• Gather and consolidate workforce data from operating companies.
• Build headcount models and run scenario analyses to predict talent needs.
• Analyze internal labor movement to identify retention opportunities.
• Utilize external labor market data to inform forecasting.
• Define KPIs with HR Leaders such as turnover, time to hire, cost per hire.
• Identify data integrity improvements with HR Systems team.
• Analyze sources of hire vs long-term retention to optimize recruitment.
• Handle other projects as assigned.
