Job summary

Ascendiun is seeking a People Analytics and Reporting Senior Manager to lead the team and partner with People & Engagement and business leaders to implement an analytics strategy aligned with enterprise goals. You will translate workforce data into actionable insights, oversee accurate reporting, and drive advanced analytics initiatives that inform talent decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Requires a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience
• Requires 4 years of prior people management experience with direct responsibility for supervising, coaching, and evaluating direct reports
• Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Requires understanding of Python, R, SAS, Julia or equivalent statistical programming language
• Requires understanding of data visualization using Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint
• Requires ability to partner, collaborate with, and influence relevant stakeholders across diverse functions and experience levels
• Requires strong independent judgement, critical thinking and problem-solving skills required to anticipate and respond to emerging challenges
• Preferred experience in working with Workday Reporting, Workday People Analytics, Prism Analytics, or similar HR technology platforms to develop dashboards, reports, and workforce insights.
