Job summary

Sotalent is seeking a People Analytics Consultant to support senior HR leaders with workforce data analysis, reporting and actionable insights. The role blends analytical problem-solving, stakeholder consulting and data storytelling to improve organizational decision-making.

You will develop dashboards and analyses that cover workforce trends, employee experience and talent outcomes, leveraging SQL and analytics tools to automate reporting and scale insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or client management.
• Understanding of HR operations and workforce processes.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and translating business questions into analytical solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Knowledge of data architecture, data models, data quality and analytics workflows.
• Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, Qualtrics or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior People leaders to identify priorities and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, reports and analyses covering workforce trends and organisational health.
