Andersen Corporation seeks a People Analytics Manager to lead analytics strategy, governance, and reporting across HR and the business. You will transform workforce data into insights, build predictive models, and partner with senior leaders to drive talent and organizational outcomes.

You will lead a team to deliver standardized dashboards, data-driven solutions, and executive-ready communications while ensuring data quality and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in people analytics, workforce analytics, HR reporting, BI, or related field.
• Experience leading teams and managing enterprise-wide analytics initiatives.
• Proven success partnering with senior business and HR leaders.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect data across organizational functions.
• Advanced analytical, statistical, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with reporting, BI, visualization, and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling and advanced analytics techniques.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and lead effectively through ambiguity.
• Demonstrated change leadership and implementation skills.
• Strong accountability, execution, and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead people analytics strategy and governance for HR reporting.
• Partner with HR leaders to identify workforce challenges and opportunities.
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build and communicate executive-ready findings and stories.
• Design, develop, and maintain standardized reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Build advanced analytics and predictive models to support talent and business strategies.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics and reporting team.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
