Job summary

Ascendiun is seeking a Senior Manager, People Analytics and Reporting to lead the analytics team and partner with People & Engagement and business leaders. You will translate workforce data into actionable insights and oversee reporting to inform talent decisions.

You will drive advanced analytics initiatives, collaborating across functions, and shaping an analytics strategy that supports future workforce needs in a hybrid, in-office setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4 years of alternative experience.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 4 years of people management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, Julia or equivalent.
• Knowledge of data visualization using Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Preferred experience with Workday Reporting/Analytics or Prism Analytics.
