Moran Towing Corporation is seeking a Senior People Analytics Specialist to design and scale workforce analytics. You will build dashboards, establish data governance, and run predictive modeling to support retention, compensation strategy, and workforce planning.

This role reports to the VP of Total Rewards & People Analytics and emphasizes data storytelling for executives. The ideal candidate will translate complex HR data into actionable insights, partner with finance and HR leadership, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, HR analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or HR data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and HRIS reporting (UKG Pro).
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills; Python preferred.
• Ability to translate outputs into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality standards.
