Position Summary
The Senior People Analytics Specialist is a hands-on technical expert responsible for designing, building, and scaling Moran’s workforce intelligence and people analytics capabilities. Reporting directly to the VP of Total Rewards & People Analytics, this role transforms complex HR data into actionable, executive-ready insights.
The ideal candidate is a data storyteller and technical problem-solver who will build the foundational reporting infrastructure, establish data governance, and run predictive analytics to support talent retention, compensation strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness across our organization.

Our target pay range for the Senior People Analytics Specialist position is $98,000 - $108,000per year. This pay range represents Moran's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
