Job summary

Moran Towing Corporation seeks a Senior People Analytics Specialist to design and scale workforce intelligence, reporting to the VP of Total Rewards & People Analytics. You will turn complex HR data into executive-ready insights and build foundational reporting infrastructure.

The role focuses on data governance, predictive analytics for retention and compensation strategy, and workforce planning across the organization. Strong technical skills and data storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, HR, or Business Analytics.
• 4+ years in people analytics, workforce planning, or HR data analysis; construction or maritime industries preferred.
• Proficiency in data visualization and HRIS reporting (Tableau, Power BI, UKG Pro).
• Strong SQL, advanced Excel/VBA, or Python; ability to translate outputs to strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated executive dashboards and reporting suites.
• Partner with HRIS to ensure data integrity and standardize metrics.
• Conduct predictive modeling on turnover, flight-risk, and labor cost trends for leadership.
• Support compensation budgeting, workforce planning, and governance of data privacy.
