Job summary

Moran Towing Corporation seeks a Senior People Analytics Specialist to design, build, and scale workforce intelligence capabilities. You will create robust dashboards, establish data governance, and perform predictive analytics to support talent retention, compensation strategy, and workforce planning across the organization.

The role requires turning complex HR data into executive-ready insights, partnering with Finance and HR leadership, and ensuring data privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR, or related field.
• 4+ years in people analytics, workforce planning, or HR data analysis.
• Advanced data visualization tools and HRIS reporting (UKG Pro or similar).
• Strong SQL, Excel/VBA, and Python; Python preferred.
• Ability to translate data outputs into strategic recommendations and ensure confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards tracking core workforce metrics.
• Establish clean data pipelines with HRIS for data integrity.
• Define metrics, definitions, and governance standards across the organization.
• Perform deep-dive analyses and predictive modeling on flight risk and costs.
• Partner with Finance/HR to model workforce costs and budget cycles.
• Translate data into clear visuals for executives.
