Job summary

Ladders seeks a Lead Analyst, People Analytics to drive key people analytics and reporting functions in a remote setting. This role focuses on secure access management, compliance monitoring, and data-driven workforce decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain reporting integrity and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analytics, while enabling end-user adoption of reporting tools and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years managing security configurations.
• 5+ years in project implementations and business analysis.
• 3+ years using reporting tools.
• Experience with large-scale data management and data structures.
• Knowledge of data visualization principles and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain security groups and policies.
• Conduct audits of user access and security configurations.
• Support quarterly privileged access reviews.
• Develop and maintain reports.
• Provide insights into user access and compliance metrics.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Train end-users on reporting tools and security protocols.
