Ladders seeks a Lead Analyst, People Analytics to drive key people analytics and reporting functions in a remote setting. This role focuses on secure access management, compliance monitoring, and data-driven workforce decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain reporting integrity and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analytics, while enabling end-user adoption of reporting tools and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years managing security configurations.
• 5+ years in project implementations and business analysis.
• 3+ years using reporting tools.
• Experience with large-scale data management and data structures.
• Knowledge of data visualization principles and predictive analytics.

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Analyst, People Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will own key people analytics and reporting functions that support secure access management, compliance monitoring, and data-driven workforce decisions.

The Lead Analyst will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain reporting integrity, improve visibility into user access controls, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analytics.

The position also supports end-user adoption by translating complex data and security processes into clear reporting tools and practical guidance.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $113,000 - $188,000 annually
