Job summary

DataSpring is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to deliver business-critical insights through analysis, visualization, and reporting of structured data. You will build dashboards, run ad-hoc analyses, and produce recurring performance reports for multiple departments in a fully remote setting.

You should have 3–5 years of data analytics or BI experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and expertise with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of data analysis, business reporting, or BI.
• Experience building executive or operational dashboards.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to monitor department-level and enterprise KPIs.
• Automate recurring reporting workflows using SQL, Python, data transformations, and BI tools.
• Transform data into easily digestible narratives, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders at all levels.
