Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Data & Business Intelligence Analyst in the United States to transform data into actionable insights. You will lead Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and governance within a remote team, partnering with leaders to define KPIs and scalable analytics.

You will work with SQL Server, DAX, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric, driving data quality, workflows, and AI-enabled insights while mentoring colleagues and advancing self-service analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a data-related field.
• 5+ years in BI, analytics, reporting, or related discipline.
• Proven Power BI dashboard development using DAX and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills in Microsoft SQL Server environment.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify questions, gather KPIs, translate needs into analytics.
• Lead analytics projects from discovery through deployment and adoption.
• Analyze trends and communicate findings for informed decisions.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and develop governed, reusable solutions.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
• Ensure data accuracy, lineage, governance, and catalog maintenance.
• Automate recurring reporting and explore AI-assisted analytics.
• Support enablement and training for business users.
