Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in people analytics or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills; experience with Tableau or similar tools; Python or R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior People leaders and translate data into insights.
• Lead exploratory and predictive analyses to inform talent strategies.
• Design dashboards highlighting key people metrics across the business.
• Collaborate with People Tech and data teams to ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Mentor analysts and embed success metrics into people programs.
