Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth, agency, consulting or similarly fast-moving environment.
• Experience owning full-cycle searches for technology, technical or analytics roles.
• Strong research and analytical skills using talent intelligence and market trends.
• Experience partnering with hiring leaders and challenging assumptions for a better outcome.
• Familiarity with recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools; Workday preferred.
