Job summary

Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking a People Analytics Senior Analyst to advance workforce insights and strategic decision‑making. This role is based in Warren, NJ with a hybrid schedule and partners with HR, Finance, and Talent teams to deliver advanced analytics and predictive insights.

You will design executive dashboards, drive workforce planning, and communicate data-driven recommendations to senior leaders to improve organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, statistics, business, economics, industrial/organizational psychology, HR or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics or workforce analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI and data visualization platforms.
• Experience with analytics and data transformation tools such as SQL, Python, R, KNIME, Alteryx.
• HRIS experience and Workday preferred.
• Experience building executive dashboards, self‑serve reporting and workforce planning analyses.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce analyses identifying trends, risks and opportunities in attrition, movement, diversity, productivity.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and leaders to provide data‑driven insights.
• Develop workforce planning analyses, forecasts and scenario modeling for growth.
• Design, develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting using Power BI and other tools.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Support executive reporting, business reviews and enterprise metrics.
• Leverage predictive analytics, automation and AI to improve decision-making and reporting efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, governance and integrity of reporting solutions.
• Serve as SME on people analytics methodologies and reporting best practices.
• Promote data literacy through consultation, training and mentorship.
