Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Principal, People Analytics & Insights Partner to shape Marvin's analytics vision, metrics, and governance. You will partner with executive leadership to translate data into actionable business insight and drive enterprise adoption of analytics practices.

You will lead employee listening, survey programs, and workforce planning, mentoring a team and collaborating across HR, Finance, and IT to deliver executive-ready insights and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in people analytics, BI, or related fields.
• Ability to influence senior leaders through analytics and insights.
• Expertise in people metrics, data storytelling, and executive communication.
• Experience with analytics platforms, workforce planning, employee surveys.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex people analytics projects addressing strategic business priorities.
• Identify talent and organizational risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Develop predictive and forward-looking analytics capabilities.
• Integrate insights from surveys, talent data, and business metrics.
• Create executive-ready recommendations and narratives.
• Lead the enterprise employee listening and survey program.
• Develop workforce planning framework and governance.
• Mentor analytics and reporting team members.
• Evaluate emerging analytics technologies and AI capabilities.
