Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Sr. Manager, Insights & Analytics to transform marketing and performance data into strategic recommendations across a growing portfolio of client partnerships.

You will lead analytics efforts, develop dashboards and reporting, and present insights to senior stakeholders to drive client growth and business outcomes. You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to elevate the analytics function and inform marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, customer insights, business intelligence, or performance analytics.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring analysts or junior team members.
• Strong experience building dashboards and recurring reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and insights delivery across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Build reporting frameworks that measure performance and support business objectives.
• Uncover trends, opportunities, and performance drivers across marketing initiatives.
