Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to oversee client implementations for PEO services. You will act as the SME, coordinating with Sales, Payroll, and Client Relations to ensure a smooth transition and successful system configuration.

You will train clients, troubleshoot during implementation, and stay current with benefit regulations and industry practices to deliver excellent client experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation for new PEO clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Configure PEO solutions to meet client needs.
• Serve as main contact for clients during implementation.
• Provide training on how to use the PEO system.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
