Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to oversee client onboarding and drive successful PEO implementations from initiation through go-live. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, configuring solutions to client requirements, and delivering user training for adoption.

The candidate will stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, ensuring high client satisfaction and effective issue resolution throughout the implementation

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to analyze complex situations.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills for data quality control.
Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the client implementation process for new PEO clients and ensure a seamless transition to services.
Configure PEO solutions to meet client needs and provide expert guidance on system setup.
Provide training and guidance to clients on using the PEO system effectively.
Troubleshoot technical or process-related issues during implementation.
Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll teams.
