Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to support the F/B Capability Plans and Programs within the USAF. The role requires senior DoD program management expertise, MAJCOM familiarity, and ability to influence major capability investments.

The position involves policy application, risk management, and lifecycle planning in a multi-program environment, with responsibilities spanning acquisition, logistics, testing, and program reviews.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance required.
• Master's or Doctorate in a related field with extensive DoD experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with significant DoD experience accepted.
• 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level project/program analysis and planning across program initiatives.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with USAF and other government partners to support program plans.
• Represent program interests in governance processes and advise leadership on capability needs and investments.
• Support acquisition policy, life-cycle planning, and program management across multiple weapon systems.
• Coordinate data, prepare documentation, and present status to meetings and reviews.
• Support analysis of needs, development of requirements, and enterprise-wide capability planning.
