Job summary

Credence in Wright Patterson AFB, OH seeks a Senior Program Manager- PEO Execution Group to lead multidisciplinary efforts across FAA/DoD interfaces, sustaining fighter and advanced aircraft capabilities, and ensuring schedule, cost, and performance goals are met.

The role emphasizes building relationships with USAF, AFMC, AFRL and other stakeholders, applying acquisition practices, risk management, and lifecycle planning to deliver mission-critical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline.
• OR seven years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Apply proficiency in program initiatives and assist in planning, designing, developing, implementing, or evaluating solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with USAF, MAJCOMs, and other stakeholders to support F/B capability plans.
• Represent interests of the F/B portfolio and influence science and technology investment decisions.
• Assist with analysis of warfighter requirements and serve as advisor to Capability Planning leadership.
• Prepare data and coordinate meetings for plan status presentations (IPTs, PMRs, TIMs, etc.).
• Support trade-space evaluation and lifecycle planning for future programs.
