Job summary

Credence seeks a Senior Program Manager- Program Integration to support AFLCMC/WAX at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will drive cross-functional program activities, manage acquisition life-cycle tasks, and advise leadership on capability planning and strategy.

The role requires close collaboration with USAF and government stakeholders, an active security clearance, and substantial DoD program management experience. Expect a dynamic environment focused on fighter and advanced aircraft programs.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance or higher is required.
• Advanced degree with extensive DoD program management experience is required.
• Experience coordinating with USAF MAJCOMs and Air Force HQ levels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support program integration across multiple functional areas including logistics, maintenance, and contracting.
• Assist in building relationships between program offices and government stakeholders.
• Represent program interests in reviews, TIMs, and working groups to influence investment decisions.
• Analyze warfighter requirements and provide advisory support to capability planning leadership.
• Prepare data and briefings for meetings with cross-functional teams.
