Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Program Manager- PEO Execution Group to support AFLCMC/WAX at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on program management across multiple capabilities, including logistics, contracting, and lifecycle support, with deep engagement in warfighter requirements and acquisition processes.

Candidates will coordinate with USAF entities and industry partners, lead IPT activities, and contribute to readiness, risk management, and program reviews.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security Clearance.
• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field with ten years of experience, five in the DoD.
• OR, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, five in the DoD.
• OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Assist in applying program management policies/procedures to USAF systems, subsystems, and equipment procurement across life cycles.
• Build and maintain relationships with government offices, contractors, ACC, AFMC, AFRL, and higher HQ staff to support capability plans.
• Represent interest of the F/B portfolio in Service Core Function processes and support acquisition decision making.
• Assist in warfighter requirements analysis and advise Capability Planning leadership on mission needs.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation and data for meetings (IPTs, PMRs, TIMs) and ensure timely status updates.

Education

Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Ten years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline

Five years of DoD experience

15 years of directly related experience with certifications
