Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the PEO Execution Group to support AFLCMC/WAX at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role emphasizes independent analysis, proactive issue resolution, and cross‑functional collaboration across DoD and contractor teams.

The position requires MAJCOM expertise and experience with mission‑critical capability needs, IPTs, PMRs, and SIP activities. Strong leadership and acquisition knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance required.
• Masters or Doctorate in a related field with DoD experience preferred.
• Experience in program management for DoD/AF programs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in applying and demonstrating proficiency across program initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with government and contractor stakeholders.
• Support acquisition planning, reviews, and life‑cycle activities across the F/B portfolio.
