Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager-PEO Execution Group for AFLCMC/WAX at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on leading program activities within the Fighter & Advanced Aircraft portfolio for U.S. Air Force and coalition partners.

The candidate will apply DoD expertise across governance, planning, and lifecycle management, coordinating with government and contractor teams to drive mission-critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a related field plus at least three years in DoD.
• Alternatively, seven years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category.

Responsibilities

• Support program initiatives by investigating, planning, designing, developing, implementing, or evaluating solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with Government offices, other contractors, and MAJCOMs to sustain program plans.
• Represent interests of the F/B portfolio in the Service Core Function process and influence investment decisions.
• Assist with analysis of warfighter requirements and advise Capability Planning leadership.
• Prepare data and present plan status at IPTs, PMRs, TIMs, and conferences.
• Support life-cycle analysis, cost estimates, and early acquisition intelligence engagement.
