HCLTech in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Pega Software Engineer to design, build and maintain a scalable set of Pega-based products and applications. You will work with product, technology and business teams in an agile environment to drive efficient processes and improved user experiences.

Requirements include 10+ years on Pega, Azure deployment experience, and PEGA Senior Systems Architect certification (Lead SSA a plus).

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or equivalent technical education and experience.
10+ years in designing and developing highly scalable Pega applications.
Experience deploying Pega on Azure or similar cloud platform.
Certified PEGA Senior Systems Architect; Lead System Architect a plus.
Strong in Case Management, Data Management & Integration, Decision Management, UX, security and admin.

Responsibilities

Contributes to engineering team building scalable products and applications.
Collaborates with product, design, and QA to define requirements and priorities.
Participates in architectural design, system analysis and programming.
Develops high-quality, production-ready software with end-to-end ownership.
Produces readable technical documentation and adheres to best practices.
Tests and ensures code quality following TDD and CD principles.
Participates in code reviews and maintains cross-functional knowledge.
