Job summary

Midland Credit Management, a part of Encore Capital Group, seeks a Sr. Solutions Developer to design, configure, operate, and maintain Pega Cloud Platform Applications. You will analyze processes and advise on solutions to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities include partnering with business and tech teams, leading testing, ensuring high availability, and driving Pega methodology adoption across teams. Requires 5+ years IT experience and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years as a systems architect or similar IT role.
• Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical teams to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of application configuration and delivery.
• Lead testing and ensure the delivered work meets business requirements and expectations.
• Develop and deliver solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
• Proactively drive education and adoption of Pega Systems’ methodology among teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
