• Proven experience designing enterprise-grade Pega applications.
• Experience leading development teams, mentoring developers, and conducting code reviews.
• Strong troubleshooting using Tracer, Clipboard, Live UI, PAL, DB Trace, and PDC (Pega Diagnostic Center).
• Excellent understanding of Pega guardrails and best development practices.

• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security guidelines, and deployment processes.
• Participate in estimation, sprint planning, technical discussions, and production support activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Pega.
• Knowledge of deployment manager and branch-based development.
