Qualifications

• 8–12+ years IT experience with 6+ years of hands-on Pega System Architect work.
• Pega Platform latest Infinity version experience is required.
• Pega CSSA certification in Infinity version is mandatory.
• Pega CLSA Part 1 certification is an added advantage.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-grade Pega applications.
• Experience leading development teams, mentoring developers, and conducting code reviews.
• Strong troubleshooting using Tracer, Clipboard, Live UI, PAL, DB Trace, and PDC (Pega Diagnostic Center).
• Excellent understanding of Pega guardrails and best development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable Pega solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs following Pega best practices.
• Guide and mentor team members on architecture, design, and development standards.
• Review code and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and coding standards.
