Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Pega Lead System Architect/Senior System Architect to define end-to-end architecture and guardrails across enterprise Pega platforms in Irving, TX. You will design interfaces with the Constellation framework, drive RBAC, SSO, and secure, scalable integrations while leading a delivery team in an Agile environment.

Key focus areas include designing reusable components, establishing CI/CD pipelines with gated promotions, and ensuring production readiness

Qualifications

• Extensive experience defining Pega architecture and governance.
• Experience implementing SSO and enterprise identity alignment.
• Background in RBAC across personas.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for Pega.
• Strong communication and leadership in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pega platform architecture including layering, reuse, and governance.
• Oversee enterprise authentication/authorization design (SSO, RBAC).
• Define API design, security, and integration lifecycle.
• Manage DevOps for Pega with pipeline-driven promotions.
• Mentor engineers and promote standardization and automation.
• Ensure production readiness, monitoring, and incident management.
• Collaborate with product owners to scope and sequence work.
• Lead a team of Pega developers across the delivery lifecycle.
