Job summary

Encore Capital Group is seeking a Sr. Solutions Developer to design, configure, operate, and maintain Pega Cloud Platform Applications.

You will analyze processes, advise on solutions, and partner with business and IT teams to deliver high-quality configurations and performance-focused implementations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 5+ years in a similar IT/architect position, a Bachelor's in Computer Science, and CSA certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years as a systems architect or similar IT role.
Experience with Pega Cloud Systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to learn complex material quickly.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
CSA Certification.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and technical teams to develop high-quality deliverables across all phases of application configuration and delivery.
Lead testing to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and expectations.
Develop and deliver solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
Educate and drive the use of Pega methodology among business teams and teammates.
Perform other duties as assigned.
