Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in large banking/financial environments, focusing on payment operations and exception workflows.
• Pega Business Architect (LBA) certification / expertise.
• Pega Smart Investigate for Payments (PSI) framework familiarity.

• Lead functional design and development of Pega-based payment solutions.
