Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years specializing in Pega design and development in banking/financial settings
• Pega CSSA certification
• PSI framework configuration and support
• Constellation experience
• OOP and Pega Guardrails
• Data Pages, Activities, Flows, and Case Management design
• API/Service integrations (REST/SOAP/MQ)
• Process improvement and release management
• Solutions/design and development experience

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, configuration, and implementation of Pega-based payment solutions
• Provide guidance and reviews for junior team members
• Troubleshoot complex issues across data, integrations, and case workflows
• Support documentation, testing, and code reviews
