Techstra Solutions is seeking a Pega Lead Business Architect to align business and technical strategies for complex payment workflows. You will guide design, translate requirements, and support technical teams across the payments landscape.

You will lead design reviews, leverage PSI and Constellation, and ensure governance under Enterprise Risk Management for payment processing and dispute resolution. Banking domain expertise is essential for success.

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Eng, or related field.
• 8+ years in large banking/financial institution with payments ops & exception workflows.

Role Overview

The Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) role adds leadership of business-to-technical alignment, solution design for complex payment workflows, requirements translation, guidance and support for technical teams, design reviews, and use of modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance financial operations and dispute management initiatives. Lead Pega LBA with strong banking operations expertise, payment domain depth, and stakeholder leadership experience.

Creates and leads the functional design and development of Pega-based payment solutions, specifically leveraging Pega Smart Investigate for Payments (PSI).Proposes & designs business workflow solutions to address complex banking operational needs. Prepares functional, operational, and procedural documentation required.Facilitates complex problem resolution between business stakeholders and technical development teams.Provides guidance and support to business analysts and system architects. Reviews user stories, case designs, and functional documentation.Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance payment processing capabilities and operational efficiency.

Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized banking solutions.

Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with payment processing, clearing cycles, and dispute resolution to ensure they adhere to and support the company's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
