You will lead design reviews, leverage PSI and Constellation, and ensure governance under Enterprise Risk Management for payment processing and dispute resolution. Banking domain expertise is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Eng, or related field.
• 8+ years in large banking/financial institution with payments ops & exception workflows.
• Pega LBA certification/expertise required.
• Pega Smart Investigate for Payments (PSI) framework.
• Pega Infinity v25+ with Constellation.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and development of Pega-based payment solutions.
• Propose and design business workflow solutions for banking operations.
• Prepare functional, operational, and procedural documentation.
• Facilitate problem resolution between business and tech teams.
• Review user stories, case designs, and functional docs.
