Techstra Solutions in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a senior Pega Lead System Architect to provide enterprise technical leadership, architecture oversight, and guidance for delivery teams. You will design and steer Pega-based payment solutions, including PSI, and drive scalability, resilience, and governance across complex integrations.

The role requires 10+ years IT experience with deep Pega expertise, a current LSA certification, and experience in large banking environments focusing on payment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Active Pega LSA certification.
Extensive experience with Pega design, architecture, and implementation in large banking environments.

Responsibilities

Provide enterprise technical design, scalability planning and architecture for Pega-based payment solutions.
Lead complex problem resolution across distributed integrations and high-load frameworks.
Mentor development teams and architects; review enterprise design patterns and documentation.
Ensure system resilience, performance tuning, and governance across implementations.
