Job summary

Encore Capital Group is seeking a Sr. Solutions Developer to design, configure, operate, and maintain Pega Cloud Platform Applications. You’ll analyze processes and advise on solutions to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include partnering with business and technical teams, leading testing, ensuring performance, and promoting Pega methodologies across teams. Strong communication and multi-project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years as a systems architect or in a similar IT role.
• Experience with enterprise-level, model-driven solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical teams to develop high quality deliverables across application configuration and delivery.
• Lead testing to ensure delivered work meets business requirements and expectations.
• Develop and deliver solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
• Promote Pega methodologies among business teams and teammates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
