Peerstar LLC in Pennsylvania seeks a Certified Peer Support Supervisor to oversee Certified Peer Specialists in homes and community settings, ensuring quality services, documentation, and recovery-oriented activities. The role emphasizes supervision, data review and coordination with the program for effective peer support.

Responsibilities include weekly meetings, supervision, and monitoring service plans, with a focus on adherence to recovery principles and community resources, across statewide

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision meetings with certified peer specialists.
• Monitor and review peer specialists' documentation.
• Ensure that peer specialists follow the 10 fundamental elements and guiding principles of mental health recovery.
• Monitor peer specialist's interactions and interventions to ensure service plans address current needs and quality care.
• Provide feedback, guidance and support to peer specialists and assigned peers.
• Educate and help identify community resources for peers.
• Run daily reports to monitor service delivery.
• Assign peers based on availability and needs.
• Oversee initial 6-hour field supervision for new peers.
• Assist in completing MCO critical incident reports as needed.
• Complete high-risk reviews and follow-up as required.
