Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System seeks a dedicated recovery support specialist to provide peer mentoring and coaching within Behavioral Health Services. You will participate in outreach and aftercare activities and help drive campaigns for new and renewing members.

The role requires a minimum of one year of related experience, lived recovery experience, WRAP training within 6 months, and CRPS certification within 18 months. This is a day shift at Memorial facilities in Florida.

Qualifications

• Requires critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have at least 1 year of related experience.
• Must complete WRAP training within 6 months of hire and obtain CRPS designation within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual peer mentoring and/or recovery coaching.
• Participates in outreach and aftercare recovery activities.
• Contributes to new member and renewal member campaigns.
