Job summary

Bliss Speech & Hearing Services in the Dallas area seeks an experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. You will conduct evaluations, develop goals, and provide engaging, evidence-based therapy while collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, organized environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Minimum 2 years pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Experience with a variety of speech/language disorders and age ranges.
• Organized, collaborative, and family-centered.
• Comfortable working independently while also part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
• Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes in a timely manner
• Contribute ideas, clinical insight, and positive team culture
