Job summary

Bliss Speech & Hearing Services in Dallas, TX is seeking experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists (minimum 2 years preferred) to join our growing team. We value collaboration, warmth, and growth-minded care.

As a therapist-led clinic, you will conduct pediatric evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide engaging therapy, and document progress with families and an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in Texas.
• Minimum 2 years pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Experience with pediatric evaluations.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
• Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes in a timely manner
• Contribute ideas, clinical insight, and positive team culture
