1200 The General Hospital Corporation Mass General Brigham seeks a Senior/Lead Clinical Social Worker for the Pediatric Hematology & Oncology Program. You will deliver psychosocial assessment, intervention, crisis management, and ongoing support from diagnosis through survivorship and bereavement.

You will lead psychosocial, survivorship, and family support programs, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, family-centered care for children and families.

Qualifications

• MSW required and LICSW license required.
• Experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and program development skills expected.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychosocial assessments for patients and families.
• Deliver clinical care to individuals, families, and groups.
• Conduct mandated safety assessments and address social determinants of health.
• Maintain records, statistics, and progress notes.
• Oversight of the Resource Specialist and collaboration with the care team.
