Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work required.
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required.
• Senior Social Worker: 3–5 years clinical social work in a medical setting; Lead Social Worker: 5–7 years.
• Experience in pediatric oncology/hematology preferred.
• Strong leadership, program development, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides psychosocial assessments of patients and families.
• Provides clinical care to individuals, families, and groups.
• Performs mandated safety assessments when abuse is suspected and conducts specialized safety assessments for violence.
• Screens and addresses social determinants of health.
• Maintains records, statistics, and progress notes.
